Body in Balance is dedicated to sharing ideas about living a balanced life, with particular attention to honoring the wisdom of the body and the healing that happens when we nurture and listen to that wisdom.

We are never truly still. Even in standing, we are in a constant dance with gravity- falling and righting ourselves. Such is life, a constant striving for balance.
